A former classical ballerina, Ms Lizard taught herself Exotic Pole (Pole Heel) in 2017, enriching her practice with a strong background in musicology and the discipline gained from her years of ballet.
Since then, she has distinguished herself on the international pole dance scene with 11 championship titles, establishing herself as a leading figure in Exotic Pole.
She has also served as a choreography judge for the prestigious SHABASH Exotic Pole Dance Championship, bringing her elegance, musicality, and artistic vision to the role.
Ms Lizard is renowned for her choreography infused with femininity, precision, and stage presence — where every movement is crafted like a musical note, and every routine is a piece of her soul.

Wes Marx
Wes Marx is an exceptional pole dancer based in São Paulo, Brazil, specializing in the Heels & Low Flow style. He teaches both in person and online, in English and Portuguese.
With 10 years of pole dance practice and 8 years of teaching experience, he is also a sought-after judge at international competitions such as Pole Theater UK and Pole Crown Latinoamérica.
His teaching style stands out for its technical and fluid approach, combining elegant legwork, delicate hand motions, dynamic transitions, and perfectly executed low-flow tricks. This artistic signature perfectly reflects his captivating style, blending grace and technique.

For those who LOVES impact and dynamic elements. In this no choreo class, we’re gonna understand the right technique to do knee kips in a lot of different ways, mixing them with dynamic transitions. Always working through progressions starting from the base to more advanced variations.
Requirements: Feel confident dancing in Heels. Mastery inversions, intermediate spins, pull ups, floorwork foundations and upside down base movements.
Equipment: Knee Pads, Heels, Shorts (legs free to hang on the pole)

In this class we will learn a sequence focusing on connecting movements in a broad, slow and fluid way. Working on slow, danced movement allows us to more consciously understand all the details that make the connection and transitions between movements become light and fluid. Of course, all of this with the details that are part of the Wes style, such as head movements, slides and tricks performed in a light and safe way.
Requirements: experience dancing in heels. Basic Pole foundations. Intermediate level (beginner friendly, variations are given)

In this class we’re gonna learn a Low Flow Sequence, focusing on developing sensual movement. Through creative exercises, we’re gonna explore details such as gestual, gaze, texture and speed, making each body dance the same sequence in a very unique and authorial way.
Requirements: Mastery pole foundations like basic spins, pull ups and climbs. Also knowledge about floorwork basic elements.
Equipment: Heels OR socks, pants or shorts, knee pads

Without losing the fluid essence of the movement, we will work on a sequence that mixes dynamic transitions, impact movements (like knee kips and drops) and musicality. We will also understand the detailed technique of transitions that require speed, momentum and dynamics to happen smoothly.
Requirements: experience dancing in heels. Strong pole foundations. Intermediate / Advanced level (variations are given)

Hanna Joyce
Hanna Joyce is a dancer passionate by Flow, Heels Floorwork and Chair Dance. She has been Head of the Vertical Academy dance school in Strasbourg for 4 years and more recently of the Caribbean Academy.
She draws her inspiration in the mixing of different artistic genres, trained in the best studios and by the greatest artists.
Hanna Joyce has been a finalist in international tournaments such as the 2018 Pole Theater Germany tournament, Exotic Revolution St Petersbourg in 2019 and Exotic Generation France.

The villa
The villa
You will stay in a luxurious villa in Petit Bourg with a pool. Accessible a few minutes drive away from the studio.
The includes 4 double rooms to share amongst participants or solo and a dormitory with 7 solo beds.
You will enjoy access to a saltwater pool and several spaces dedicated to rest.
Everything is organised for you to enjoy a stay perfectly balanced between relaxation, dance and discovery of the island.

Detailed information
No, our offer includes: The accommodation, the workshops and the programmed activities.
You are responsible for booking your own flights, transfers and car rental.
Point à Pitre Airport. Flights are easily encountered via companies Air France, Air Caraïbes and Corsair.
We will set up a WhatsApp group with all the participants so you can organise the car rental together. 2 rentals are enough for 10 participants and cost approximately 40€ per person.
You will be offered everything necessary for breakfast. Other meals and restaurants are to your expense.
Each of the 4 rooms in the Villa includes one double bed to share. But a dormitory is available with 7 solo beds.

For the workshops, you should bring: pleasers, knee-guards, shoes for Heels Floorwork, shorts and sports bra.
